Innovative Heat Treatment – Insulated Ceramic Flexible Heater Pads designed for preheating welded joints for use prior to and during the welding process.
The Insulated Heating Pads are constructed with standard pads attached to a silica fibre meshed mat with a stainless steel backing. The flexible insulated pads are flexible and will bend both ways.
The blanket is attached to a stainless steel plate which protects from weld splatter. The plate is provided with hooks where magnets can be attached, this makes the elements very easy to mount (the elements can also be attached by banding)
